Detailed content for our service agreements is currently undergoing a 2024 review to reflect our new workshop offerings. We've spent 17 years refining our process to ensure your personalized stationery is perfect every time. We don't take your trust lightly.
Shop & Shipping Policies
Our hand-lettered art is fragile and unique. We ship all supplies with extreme care from our New York studio. Once an order is placed, our team begins the selection process immediately. Have you checked our shipping lead times for custom nibs?
Because our custom work is unique to you, we cannot offer returns on personalized commissions. However, we'll always work with you to ensure you're satisfied with the final flourish.
Workshop Participation
Booking a seat in our calligraphy workshops requires a commitment to the craft. If you can't make it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We believe that a small, intimate class size is the best way to learn, so every seat counts.
All instructional materials provided during Script & Soul Studios sessions are for personal use only and protected by copyright. Our instructors put their soul into these guides. Don't worry, you'll get plenty of practice sheets to take home!
Intellectual Property
All designs, calligraphy styles, and original art created by Script & Soul Studios remain the property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon in a commercial contract. We're proud of our portfolio and appreciate your respect for our creative rights.
